Hello

We have an old PA220 for lab testing purposes. The firewall is currently running the 8.0.0 ver. We also have PA850 but in the support site I can only see the software download option for the PA850 and not for the PA220.

Can anyone tell me how to upgrade the old PA220 ?

Thanks in advance

Hello,

You would need a support license to download the software. The PA-220 is not EOL yet and you could still get a license for it. Also if it is a lab model you should be able to get temporary licenses from your sales team.

Its been awhile since I've gotten a license for a lab model. I dont remember if they were specific licenses or not. But you would have to go through a Palos sale team, or possibly a VAR, for these lab licenses. I wouldn't think you would be able to get these otherwise.
