cannot retrieve running config and connected device from expedition to Panorama

I'm unable to retrieve the Panorama running configuration and connected devices upon adding it on expedition tool.

I see the expedition VM and the Panorama are talking on port 443. And credentials are added on Panorama too for the API key.

what makes it fail?

What role do you have the creds set as? I've seen cases where 'superuser (read-only)' would not work, while 'superuser' would work.

Hi Jay,

thanks for the response, the credential has a superuser role. I actually tried the one that has read-only both did not work.
