Hello can someone explain what changed on SKU: PAN-PRISMA-ACCESS-PRIV-APPS-SC-QTY.
A customer had previously that license with a qty. of 600 and the cost was per unit/user... now the price increased exponentially.

@gujimenez,

I'd really recommend reaching out to your account team to discuss the increase when it comes to pricing. They could have received a heavily discounted initial price to get things setup and now are simply paying renewal prices, which will have a much smaller discount associated generally speaking.
