&lt;P&gt;I don't see any entitlements linked to your email address.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Depending on the type of support contract you can open a case with PAN directly or you'll have to go through your ASC (in case you have backline support).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;please check the support contract,&lt;/P&gt;
