&lt;P&gt;If you can't select the serial number it unfortunately sounds like you have partner support, not support directly through PAN. You'll need to reach out to your ASC to open a support case with this, and if &lt;EM&gt;they &lt;/EM&gt;need PAN's help they'll open a case on your behalf. &lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Help - have a firewall issue - it's down and I cannot open a case.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The management port on my 1420 FW will not connect to our core switch.&amp;nbsp; This went down last night.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have tried to log a case, the device serial number shows up but there is not place to select it when trying to open a case.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Is there a Support Phone number that I can call?&amp;nbsp; I have looked every where.&lt;/P&gt;
