User Interface delay on Monitor Traffic Tab

Model: PA-3410

PAN-OS: 11.1.1

Issue: Customer is facing the web-interface delay issue like when the customer Navigate -> Monitor -> Traffic Logs and tries to add the filter like src ip or the dest ip, there is delay of 5 to 6 seconds to display the same in the GUI. Further, this issue is only for traffic logs and not for any other logs/ tab.

Troubleshooting Done:

1. Checked for the known issues and there was none.

2. And restarted the web related processes and mgmt server but the issue persists.

Can anyone please confirm if there is any cosmic bug or any known related issues for the same.

Hi @Purushotham ,

I haven't heard about related issues for cosmos and don't see a current bug. However, 5-6 sec doesn't seem too slow. Traffic logs generally take some time to fully populate especially with additional fields.

Hello @JayGolf ,

But in other models there is no such delay and it will reflected in real time, so I think there is some issue on this model or PAN-OS(known issues), but in public platform its not mentioned, so I request anyone to check internally if there is any symptoms mentioned related to this behavior.
