403 forbidden error while importing IDP fiile

Hii,

I have been trying to import G suit IDP file in SAML Identity provider on palo alto VM firewall but for infinite time its just showing message "uploading" without showing any error message. when I checked in network tab of inspect element I can see the error 403 Forbidden.

Not sure why its coming like this as same IDP file I am able to import on another firewall.

Can someone please give me some insights why this is happening on Palo alto firewall.

Which panos version are you running? Also can you confirm that your device has a serial # present?

@Dharmajit,

Since it looks like your trying to administer this device through an internet accessible resource and not through a management connection, could you attempt to do the upload just through the actual management interface?
