      <title>Can't install device certificate</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'm trying to install a device certificate as instructed in the manual.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I generate OTP using my account, I indeed see my valid serial number, get the OTP.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Then I copy-paste to the firewall GUI and get the following error:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I'm connected to the internet, did setup of DNS and NTP servers.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Could you try doing it through CLI&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;LI-CODE lang="markup"&gt;request certificate fetch otp &amp;lt;value&amp;gt;&lt;/LI-CODE&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Note that depending on platform you may not need to include the OTP in the above to get the device certificate. If you can't enter that command just drop the otp from it and see what you get back in the job return. It should at the very least provide you a more detailed error.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
