&lt;P&gt;Looks like you might be running into a bug where &lt;SPAN&gt;Invalid images under /opt/panrepo causes software download failures.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can reach out to TAC so they can confirm if you're actually hitting this exact bug and provide you with a valid upgrade path for the fix. They can also root into the device and remove the corrupted image after which you can try the software download again.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I open a TAC, and they give me a replacement. It works fine after restore my configuration.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;** They say, upgrade to base release is not a good idea.....But I just done and no one tell me&amp;nbsp;previously...**&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I accept the solution from Kiwi, so I didn't touch this post afterward. Thanks for give me a chance to touch it again.&lt;/P&gt;
