The errors that occur after upgrading the equipment are as follows

Current OS: 10.2.7-h3

We tried to input the region value through the command, but the value was not output.

Also,

Did you try to set the region in cli ?

>configue # set deviceconfig system device-telemetry region ***

Can you confirm using the region with CLI:

>show device-telemetry settings | match region

> show system state | match lcaas

Please check the step 4 and confirm you are having the same region:

I entered the command in cli and entered ?, followed by the country.

When the show command is executed
In the photo posted above it appears empty.

Does the account mentioned in the post refer to the Palo Alto CSP account?
