Brand new PA-1040 interface 1 & 2 in red link state problem

Dear All,

I got a brand new PA-1040, and i have choice standard mode rather than ZTP mode from the beginning and i found that interface 1 & 2 are in red link state, even i connect a network cable into these port and i still see there is no green light show in the PA portal just wonder is there is something to do with the ZTP ? any help would be appreicated

i tried the following but doesnt work any idea ?

admin@PA-1410# delete zone tapzone network tap ethernet1/2

No object to delete in delete handler

admin@PA-1410# delete network interface ethernet ethernet1/1

Server error : ethernet1/1 cannot be deleted because of references from:
import -> network -> interface
import -> network -> interface
import -> network -> interface
import -> network -> interface
