How do I update OSS apps only?

Hello all,

I've found this kb:

I'm trying to install the latest apps on the OSS. I've downloaded "all apps" from csp and when I'm trying to install it, I receive the following error:

What is the reason for this and how can I fix it?

@Chibichen1988,

Run 'delete content cache old-content' on the CLI
Ensure all unutilized content is removed from the device.
Verify that any old expired license keys on the system are removed (delete license key <key>)
Restart the management-server
Reupload the all-apps content update from the CSP and attempt to install again.
