Recommended PAN-OS version

Hello,

I'm running a PA-VM with PAN-OS version 10.2.X and need to check the TAC guidance for preferred / recommended version of PAN-OS

I have tried to access: https://live.paloaltonetworks.com/t5/customer-resources/support-pan-os-software-release-guidance/ta-p/258304 however, it returns an "Access Denied" error.

Hi @ahammad ,

The release guidance page is a customer resource and only accessible with your customer account.

Are you using the same account to access the CSP ? Make sure to access the CSP first so your account is known, then try again in LIVEcommunity with the same account you access CSP.

At the moment of writing, in the 10.2.x train 10.2.9-h1 is currently the preferred release.

In 11.0.x the preferred release is 11.0.4-h2

In 11.1.x the preferred release is 11.1.2-h3
