    <description>&lt;P&gt;The partner (it's an official reseller, right?!) should be able to provide a sales number. It's included in all the communication related to the device when they purchased it from palo (did they send you the email with the auth codes? that one has the sales number too)&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am attempting to create a Palo Alto customer account so that I may transfer a Palo Firewall that it I have purchased to it.&amp;nbsp; I do not have a sales number for the purchase so I cant create an account.&amp;nbsp; I am buying the unit from a partner.&amp;nbsp; It is a unit to be used for training.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;How can I create an account?????&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Is this a brand-new firewall or a used firewall? If it's brand new your partner should be able to provide the sales order via email. I would reach out to them. If used, please take a look at the &lt;A href="https://www.paloaltonetworks.com/services/support/support-policies/secondary-market-policy" target="_self"&gt;secondary market policy.&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
