we got RMA box today and need to know, did you send power supply along with chasis ?

if not, can you please arrange.

Hi!

as far as i know RMAs are not sent including a power cable. I'm not sure what the procedure is with power supplies (do you mean the power box that comes with a PA-400 ?

If you need one, you'll need to update the support case as support issues are not handled via the public forum
