Hi @Yunus_Salem ,

Yes, I have found that 20 minutes is normal for many PANW NGFWs. Older, small units like the PA-220 can take much longer.

Thanks,

Hey people, so I am currently upgrading one of our PA-820 Cluster from 10.1.6 to 11.1.2-h3. Is it is normal that 1 upgrade step takes around 20 minutes per Firewall? I feel like updating our Palos is taking sooooo long compared to our Fortis. In the same time where I do 1 update on 1 Firewall I could probably do 2 upgrade steps on both Forti Cluster Firewall. Currently I am waiting for over 35minutes that the secondary Firewall come up again from upgrading from 10.2.9-h1 to 11.0.4-h2. I feel like this is not normal? What are your experience?
