Our client is using a URL for work were further need authentication by slding to complete verification. Small window pop up but can't see the photo or puzzle to solve/authenticate.

what do your logs say? (traffic, url and threat)

Hello @NiravParmar

I have seen similar issue in the past where URL itself was allowed, however URL hosting images and rest of the content hosted in CDN was not allowed causing missing / broken images. As Reaper suggested review all logs.
