I need your help you explaine me how i can create a Playbook to sent to my mail high severity alets from my XSiem to my outlook mail.

You would just build out a python (or PowerShell or even Javascript if you hate yourself) script to send the email and include any of the available variables for output that you would want displayed in the email. You can utilize the Script Helper to help you build that out and validate things are functioning properly.
