&lt;P&gt;When you look at your url-filtering logs are you saying the category and url_category_list for pogo.com are only showing low-risk and not games? 9/10 this is going to be a profile and/or policy configuration issue, so I'd double check that your profile is set as you expect and that your security policy that is allowing the traffic is actually setup with the proper profile.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Assistance with URL Filtering</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Having some issues getting URL filtering to work as I would expect.&amp;nbsp; Have a valid license, created a URL filter profile blocking some categories.&amp;nbsp; Created and SSL decryption policy as well and applied it to a test users.&amp;nbsp; Games is one of the categories that should be blocked, but for some reason it's allowed and when you go to the log it shows as low risk.&amp;nbsp; If you test from the cli you get this:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;admin@PA1(active)&amp;gt; test url pogo.com&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;pogo.com games low-risk (Base db) mlav_flag=0, mica_flags=0 expires in 0 seconds&lt;BR /&gt;pogo.com games low-risk (Cloud db)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The URL filter profile is a member of a group that is set on the outbound security policy that is being hit.&amp;nbsp; Can someone explain what I'm doing wrong?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
