&lt;P&gt;The proper way of doing this would be to go to the support portal (you should still be able to login) and updating your preferences to disable all of the support notifications. Should also be able to just setup a rule to just delete anything from &lt;A href="mailto:updates@paloaltonetworks.com" target="_blank"&gt;updates@paloaltonetworks.com&lt;/A&gt; since everything uses that address.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Is there a way to stop or fully prevent Palo Alto emails?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;At my company we no longer use Palo Alto devices.&amp;nbsp; While we find PA hardware to be good, we have moved in a different direction for our firewalls.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;That being said, we want to stop all Palo Alto emails (definition updates, firmware updates, everything), I have added anything PA related to our email block list, however emails still continue to slip through.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Can I contact PA and request to be fully removed for their mailing list?&amp;nbsp; How do I do so?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Just wondering, thanks.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
