PA-450 Software Check Now Not working

Hi,
When I check the version update on the PA-450 firewall I use, it does not show new versions. The version I am currently using is 11.1.3. When I check from the software section, it does not appear in the version I installed. Has anyone encountered a similar issue?

Hi @eskiocakali ,

You have checked to only display preferred releases at the bottom of the page.

At this time 11.1.3 is not yet a preferred release so it will not show.

Uncheck the checkbox and refresh the page 😉

Hi, if your PA-450 isn’t showing updates, check your internet connection and update source settings. You might also try a manual update from the vendor’s website.
