&lt;P&gt;You can be a bit more precise by looking at power levels of the interface in the CLI using &lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;EM&gt;show transceiver-detail &amp;lt;interface&amp;gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt; and taking a look at the Rx and Tx power levels. Generally when you see a port bounce like that it's going to be a layer1 issue, so once you've verified power levels verify connectivity between the PAN's interface and wherever it's actually connected.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;What kind of device are you connected to on that port and is it copper/fiber? I would verify the cables and ports you are using are solid. Try swapping out cables and trying a different port.&amp;nbsp; Next, Id recommend verifying the connecting devices' speed/duplex settings to ensure they match what is configured on your Palo.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
