Predefined report show like ipv6

Dears,

This report is generate by "Monitor → PDF Reports" every day.

Today,I receive this file,but the ip address like ipv6. I don't modify any setting with report yesterday.

How to modify to ipv4?

And I want to send this report after modify "PDF Reports",but I can't find the function of send PDF Report manual.

it looks like you are hitting an issue addressed in PAN-OS 10.2.10-h3:

PAN-234560
Fixed an issue where the daily summary report displayed IPv6 addresses instead of IPv4 addresses.

I updated to 10.2.12-h2 last week and it is only show IPv6 on reports and in ACC. I don't think this issue is fixed yet.

Bug: PAN-190448 and PAN-234560

If you want to decipher that then:

Example, the report shows: ::dcdc:43d0:ffff:0
DC = 220, DC 220, 43 = 67, D0=208 and the tail of :ffff:0 can be tossed.
Those octets of the IP are flipped, so the actual IP address in the report is: 208.67.220.220
