Can't Upgrade PAN OS 11.1.2-h4 to 11.1.2-h9

Dear,

I just can't upgrade fromt 11.1.2-h4 to 11.1.2-h9.

My disk is not full
16Go RAM
Processor OK

I have this error message :

Looks like a python error 😞

Any ideas ?

Hello,

I got a similar error when updating from 11.1.2 to 11.1.4. You should probably open up a TAC case as in our instance TAC needed to log into root of the device which you won't be able to do on your own.

Hi Guys

Any News on this? I am Upgrading Panorama from 11.0.5-h1 to 11.1.2-x (which failed with the exact same message. I tried h11 / h9 directly. What was working was 11.0.5-h1 to 11.1.0 (base image) but now I am still failing to upgrade to anything else so far (11.1.2-h9/11 ro 11.1.4-h1)

We got a bunch of PA1400 so we needed to go for 11.x and 11.0 as mentioned goes End-Off by Nov 2024
