Hi @JimMcGrady ,

I believe 'None' is only available on custom categories, not on predefined categories.

So I wonder how it was set to none in the first place ?

From the help pages:

None (custom URL category only)—If you created custom URL categories, set the action to none to allow the firewall to inherit the URL filtering category assignment from your URL database vendor. Setting the action to none gives you the flexibility to ignore custom categories in a URL filtering profile while allowing you to use the custom URL category as a match criteria in policy rules (Security, Decryption, and QoS) to make exceptions or to enforce different actions. To delete a custom URL category, you must set the action to none in any profile where the custom category is used.

The resolution is to update the content version of your firewall as described in this KB:

Push from Panorama to the Firewall fails with the error - 'artificial-intelligence' is not a valid reference

Kind regards,

-Kim.

When i try to push policy from Panorama, the push fails. Complaining of category 'artificial intelligence' being not a valid reference. I understand this is because the Apps & Threats dynamic update installed is not recent enough. However this only occured when i set the predefined URL category "artificial intelligence" to something other than its default site-access "None". Is it possible to set it back to being "None". I cant see than choice in Panorama
