Reinstall the operating system on your computer.

Nobody should provide you with the cleaner utility. There's a reason that it's hard to find, as someone managing XDR deployments we wouldn't want that utility to be readily available so someone who steals an asset or keeps an asset after being fired could utilize it. The agent doesn't just plop itself onto computers; you would have needed to do something like install an MDM that forced the installation or install it manually.

Assuming that the play you're employed uses Cortex, which is a fairly safe bet, reach out to them and see about having them remove it. This is something where if it was truly accidentally installed it takes a minute to get it removed properly.

Hello,

I don't know how Cortex XDR ended up on my personnal computer but i would like to remove it since it prevents Battleeye to start.

The "default password" Password1 won't work on my client.

Could you please provide me this famous "XdrAgentCleaner.exe" ? Or tell me how to uninstall it without the password ?

Thanks,
