Welcome to the next in our series of Fuel Workshops where will be covering troubleshooting techniques for GlobalProtect. Over the next two days, we will be learning a number of items related to supporting as well as best practices around how to build a proper GlobalProtect environment from Palo Alto Networks Staff Technical Support Engineer, Angelo Eisma.

For those who are unable to attend the event, recordings of the sessions will be posted a day or two after the event in LIVEcommunity's YouTube channel along with embedded video links on this page as well.

As per "https://docs.paloaltonetworks.com/globalprotect/10-1/globalprotect-admin/globalprotect-portals/define-the-globalprotect-app-configurations"
Step 1.4.2, there is no limitation for supported OS for "Install in Local Root Certificate Store".

Any chance I can get the presentation slide decks ? The links from https://events.fuelusergroup.org/events/details/fuel-user-group-global-chapter-presents-fuel-workshop-on-globalprotect-troubleshooting-techniques/ result in an access denied error despite having joined the global chapter.
