Actualizar PA-820 en HA

Tengo PA-820 en HA con version 8.1.13 y quiero subirla ala version 10, cuales son las versiones preferidas que tengo que seguir para llegar a la version estable ?

The upgrade process is spelled out directly in the release notes for the particular version of PAN-OS that you want to upgrade to under 'Determine the Upgrade Path to PAN-OS'. While you mention PAN-OS 10 I'm going to give you instructions for 10.2; there's no reason that you should be targeting a release that is already out of support and PAN-OS 10.1 leaves support next year anyways.

Download and install 8.1.26-h1 and reboot
Download 9.0.0
Download and install 9.0.17-h5 and reboot
Download 9.1.0
Download and install 9.1.19 and reboot
Download 10.0.0
Download and install 10.0.12-h6 and reboot
Download 10.1.0
Download and install 10.1.14 and reboot
Download 10.2.0
Download and install 10.2.9-h1 and reboot

Note that you'll need to cleanup images along the way to make enough room to complete this upgrade and that this will take a long time to complete because you've let things get so far behind.

As a side note, I highly recommend upgrading this device on a more regular basis. PAN-OS 8.1 has been end of life for over two years and is more than likely what your device shipped with, and 8.1.13 is 23 maintenance releases behind even if you just kept on that code branch.
