SAML Authentication Profile not popuating IdP Server Profiles

I am trying to configure a SAML Authentication Profile but the IdP Server Profile is not populating with my Imported SAML Metdata Identity Provider. When I click import on the page it imports another profile but still does not show up. Any ideas?

what's happening exactly when you say "it loads another profile but still does not show up" ? Does the import load an unexpected profile, are other imports successful?

have you checked the XML to see if there's any malformed/badly formatted entries? (compare it to a profile that does import properly)

I have the same issue today with 10.2.3 also. Have improted SAML Metadata from AzureAD to IdP Server Profiles. IdP server profile displays OK in Device>Server Profiles>SAML Identity Provider.
Certificate that is selected in here does NOT show in Device>Certificates.
When creating a new Authentication Profile of type SAML, there are no IdP Server Profiles in the GUI to select from.

Raising a support ticket.

Hi, I think there is some issue related to the GUI when connected by VPN. Try to log on a local Server and reconfigure everything.

This was exactly the issue. If you access it through GlobalProtect, the server profile doesn't display. However, if you access it on a local server (on the same network as the firewall) and start from scratch, it works. Thanks.
