&lt;P&gt;I would create a specific security policy using the rustdesk app-id allowing only rustdesk admins to access the group of laptops within your company. I think if your AD/IAM team creates proper RBAC along with the specific security policies you create, you'll be in a good place to support this.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; I have a question considering your valuable openinion regarding remote support applications.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;For financial issues I am moving to use an Open source "RustDesk" for remote supprt in my company.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I can see that the application has its app-id in the paloalto application DB which is encouraging, but since I will install this on many laptops in my company for remote support I wanted your valuable recommendations regarding it.&lt;/P&gt;
