When i log in to the Support Portal and go to Updates -> Software Updates it says: No software updates found.

Im lookung urgently for that Agent, can someone help please

Is your support license still valid ? I believe it needs to be in order to get software updates

If your support is active, also check with the manager of your company account. The system allows anyone from your company domain to be associated but it will not expose some information and downloads until your support portal owner authorizes your specific login.
