sslvpn installation not working on Windows 7

Hi,

I have some clients having issues installing the sslvpn client on windows 7 pcs.

We are using version 1.2.0.

When i try to install manually, i get the error installing service.

I get the netconnect icon but the connection stays on connecting.....

Please advise.

Hi Vinesh,

There is a bunch of threads on here that basically makes sure that your version of Windows (64 or 32bit) matches your Java versions and Internet Explorer versions. i.e. 64bit Windows, 64 Java and 64bit IE must all line up for instance.

I too made this mistake, and then found the correct version wouldn't install. I made it install again by manually deleting:

C:\Program Files\Palo Alto Networks

Temp directories

c:\user\[user]\AppData\Local\Temp *

and cleaning the registry

I'm not sure which bit fixed it but washing the failed installation away made it work.
