      <description>&lt;P class="p1"&gt;Hello, I am the user mentioned in the title.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class="p2"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class="p1"&gt;My email address is email@domain, and I am using it through Outlook. I am able to receive emails such as release notes and update notifications for various content without issues. However, I am unable to receive emails that I am directly referenced on for cases, and these messages are not being categorized as junk mail.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class="p2"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class="p1"&gt;Other recipients are receiving these case-related emails without any issues.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class="p2"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class="p1"&gt;Is there anything I can try on my end to resolve this? &lt;/P&gt;
