Hi, community

Does anyone has any experience Activating "Trial Licenses"?

If let's say our support for PA-FW ends in 10 days and we would like to extend working-period is it possible to use "Trial Licenses"?

I know we can use them only once, but we don't know if we can use them before the official support-end to extend them for trial period?

If it is possible what happens to whole environment (FWs, Panorama)? What do we loose? Are there any "hidden" issues? After Trial license is it possible to extend (buy) support? Any additional costs?

If we manage FW's using Panorama will some functionalities stop working?

I really don't have any experience in this field so thanks in advance for any answers/tips...

Hello,

If you are renewing your support for the products and think it will take longer to get them renewed than you have time left. Contact your sales team, they can adjust your current licensing so you dont expire before the new ones take effect.

Regards,
