Hi, If the customer environment have 3 different internet service provider. Should I got 3 different zoning or just configure 1 Zone for 3 different internet service provider.

This is purely based on your organisation's requirement. But if you want more granular control you can configure as three different zones.

If configure 3 different internet to 1 untrust zone. May I know will be any issue when configuring the Destination NAT?

There will not be any issue configuring NAT Policies.
