Accessing Mgmt Interface over IPSec

Is it possible to connect to Mgmt interface over the IPSec tunnel from external interface?

It could be a possibility, so please take the following into account:

Configure the management network over the IPsec tunnel.
Set up firewall routing to enable the management interface to be reachable via the IPsec tunnel.
Configure the trusted networks on the management interface.
