Oh, Ok wasnt aware that..!!

I will probably then club 'Web Browsing' in the Application together with all possible Google IP Addresses I could find to see if that helps.

Thanks very much Nick.

Hi All,

I want to PBF all my google Apps traffic via ISP1 and the rest via ISP2. Under the PBF rule -> Applications I see only a subset of Apps which includes my customs Apps too. But not all Apps from where I could choose from.

Any advices please?

Thanks.

Hello,

The apps you can use in PBF are limited as you have noticed. We are unable to apply PBF policy to apps that are tunneled within HTTP. In your case, Google Apps fit that description and cannot be used in PBF policy. You could use Web Browsing (the app that Google Apps will match when PBF policy is applied on the first packet) in the PBF rule to steer this traffic but that will dictate the routing of a great deal of your traffic.

Thanks,

Nick Campagna
