Downloaded Firmware from Active Firewall doesn't show up on Passive - PA-460

Hi,

I have downloaded a software release from Active Firewall and already sync to HA Peer, but when we tried to upgrade Passive Firewall. The downloaded version doesn’t show up.

I have also tried uploading the software release manually but it showed the software already exist.

What else should I check on this?

Hi @Al-Zuhri ,

Can you add more details about the actual PAN-OS version ?

Maybe you have the checkbox checked to only show you the preferred releases at the bottom of the page.

If that one's checked, then the page won't show you the non-preferred releases.

I know this is a basic question, but did you click Check Now to refresh the list? Or do you have a filter applied?
