How can I get OVA image file

I am trying to do the PCNSA cert and need the OVA image file. My account does not have the software updates section. We do have a Palo Alto firewall at my work but it’s not registered under me. I am doing the pcnsa cbt nuggets with Keith Barker and need that file to run the FW as a VM. Please help on what I need to do to get my account going with the software updates section.

Like the Palo Alto sales team? I just emailed them and that other group you mentioned. Palo Alto not making it easy for me lol!

I understand, however if they gave out free images, everyone would be using them in production, etc.

I think there is a change in paloaltonetworks.com and supporrt.paloaltonetworks.com and they created learning portal as well.so there are few changes in website.

earlier they were offering free images and 30-days evaluation license for free but i am not finding the one now.

if anyone got some info kindly help us
