&lt;P&gt;This is correct and would prevent any unnecessary failovers when shutting them down or bringing them back online. Note that the order of which you power them on doesn't matter unless you have preempt enabled; the first unit to boot will simply take the active role otherwise.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
