Hi everyone,

Appreciate you can help me as I cannot access the url : www.mot.gov.my . All rules has been configured but still cannot access that website. I already checked with the owner of the website that there is no blocking.

Please provide more details.

What do the firewall traffic logs show you ?

Is your traffic hitting the correct rule ?

Do you have decryption enabled ?

Are protocols and cipher suites matching ? Check the protocols and cipher suites you have enabled on the firewall with the website's: https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/analyze.html?d=www.mot.gov.my&s=202.75.5.249

Which protocol/cipher suite is being agreed upon during the ssl handshake ?
