Team,

I am facing issue with connect to GlobalProtect. Getting 404 Page not Found Error.

I am using the same Public facing interface for the Mgmt and Global Protect as well.

Login with SAML is fine but it lands in 404 Page not found. Any Idea?

When i do Local auth it is letting me into portal and i can download the client. But not sure why SAML has the issue.

Regards,

Hi @Sanjay_Ramaiah ,

Which IdP are you using? So you hit the portal and you're redirected to your IdP. Once redirected you enter your credentials on the IdP login page and you say it is successful, but once the IdP sends you back to GP you get a 404...

I would double check the ACS url configured with your IdP is accurate. Could be that the URL is invalid which causes the error. If the ACS url looks correct on the IdP config, Id recommend exporting metadata again and reimporting that into your fw.

Since you tried local auth and that works fine, it doesnt seem anything is wrong with the portal/gw config. Id verify your IdP config as well as your SAML auth profile.

Hi @JayGolf

Verified IdP config and SAML config again. No issues with that as well. Most likely to be with IDP itself. Raised a ticket with the vendor to check that. Will update in the chain what the fix once i get the solution.
