Provided information is not enough to assist However you can try below to check and troubleshoot further.

What do you see in traffic logs also did you checked the connectivity from firewall to internet?

Is there interface flap or just internet connection going down?

Is internet not working for the clients behind the firewall or internet is not working at all and you are not able to reach to internet from firewall.

you can try to ping the public Ip's from firewall during the time of issue to check if you have internet connection and it is through from firewall.

If client behind firewall are not able to connect to internet then you can try with running the captures to identify the issue.
