&lt;P&gt;If you're running into issues downloading it directly from the firewall, I would just download it on your computer from the support portal and then upload it to the firewall. You've got to be running a fairly dated and unsupported release on that at this point, so I wouldn't spend too much time troubleshooting until you're on a supported release.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
