Hi Team,

We unable to download PAN-OS 10.0.0 in PA-220, Downloading up 40% after that we are getting following this error.

could you check from CLI content of ms.log (What is the Command to View Error Messages During Update Requests? ) to see detailed reason for failure?

@carysoc,

If you're running into issues downloading it directly from the firewall, I would just download it on your computer from the support portal and then upload it to the firewall. You've got to be running a fairly dated and unsupported release on that at this point, so I wouldn't spend too much time troubleshooting until you're on a supported release.
