PA-VM Failing to install dynamic update 8947-9281

Hi All,

dynamic update 8947-9281 App and threats downloades but failes to install with the below error. No issues with Antivirus.

I have 10.2 software installed

Antivirus 5104-5623 installed

App and threat 8946-9276 installed

Error: failed to handle TDB_UPDATE_BLOCK

(Module: device)

client device phase 1 failure

Failed to commit policy to device

Failed to commit new content automatically. Please use the commit command to start using the new content.

When I try to commit via the CLI, I get the below message.

There are no changes to commit.

I have rebooted the FW several times and still not able to install the latest dynamic updates. Any help will be greatly apprichiated.

Thanks for info, you may try with commit force as this issue know for earlier versions not in 10.2 however you can try with commit force and check also refer the below kb article for your info.

To check ctd status you can use below command :

show system setting ctd state
