If you are in a P1 situation and have a firewall thats licensed and you are experiencing an outage with your firewall, I would recommend calling support if you cannot login.

If you have some time, I have a few questions:
What kind of firewall do you have?

What issues you are running into with the firewall?

You can also PM me directly if that is more comfortable for you.

Problem is that it keps rebooting and does not get reachable!
