How to stop the output of CUID errors

I'm Shono Kawaguchi.

Please tell me how to stop the output of the following error.

high　userid　cuid-conn 0 gRPC connection to identity.services-edge.paloaltonetworks.com:443 is broken, error: Feature is not enabled or device cert isn't available for CUID gRPC connection time: 2025-03-26 02:51:47

As long as me check the Knowledge below, CUID is a function that is used when Enable User Context Cloud Service is checked.

However, even though the Enable User Context Cloud Service is not checked, the error is output.

Therefore, could you tell me how to stop the output of the error?

After checking the Knowledge, I think that the device certificate is required for the function, so will the log output stop when the device certificate is applied to the PA?
