I've not used the Prisma Browser, to include the DLP feature of it, but I was at an EBC in Palo HQ and met with the SLT and PMs, including the PM leading the Talon integration / deployment. What we saw then, about a year ago, looked very promising. Given that it runs in memory can more easily do things other solutions can't (Embed water marks, controlling content, preventing copy/paste.) From my experience DLP has been one of Palo's weaker strengths, but I think they've been trying to shore that up. You mention AI, especially from a DLP perspective I think the first thing you should do is establish a corporate policy that limits access to AI tools/resources and only allows access to sanctioned AI tools which store data within your corporate control.

Hello Community,

I'm looking for general feedback on those who have or had used the secure browser for DLP. Things that work well, things that didnt, etc.

Just looking for non sales honesty on it. The purpose of its use would be to use the DLP feature when users utilize AI prompts etc. To help prevent PII or PHI leakage.

Thanks in advance!

Thanks @Brandon_Wertz ! Currently we block it with URL and DNS filtering. However the new directive has been to see where it can be used along with automation. Another thought would be to utilize copilot and get logs and DLP from purview. Anyone doing that?
