In the datasheet of PA-5220,Where can we find the maximum number of decrypted concurrent sessions supported by PA-5220?It states Max sessions as 4000000 and new sessions per second as 169000.

I'm not finding anything that states max concurrent decryption sessions.

In my experience we can only hit 10% of the listed capacity on this model when running url filtering and threat inspection. Take that into account when decrypting traffic. At 40k sessions, the device crashed.
