&lt;P&gt;would it be possible to include screen shot of error you are getting? To troubleshoot it further, looking into logs would be good next step. Below KBs might help:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;A little more context would be helpful.&amp;nbsp; What error are you seeing where exactly ?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;My guess would be it's still configured for use on your firewall. Check on the firewall under the Device tab &amp;gt; Server Profiles &amp;gt; Kerberos or check if the profile is still being used in Device tab &amp;gt; User Identification &amp;gt; User Mapping &amp;gt; Palo Alto Networks User-ID Agent Setup&lt;/P&gt;
