Kerberos error

Recently we have down the one of our DC server. Since after we are getting Kerberos error. Please share solution to fix this.

A little more context would be helpful. What error are you seeing where exactly ?

My guess would be it's still configured for use on your firewall. Check on the firewall under the Device tab > Server Profiles > Kerberos or check if the profile is still being used in Device tab > User Identification > User Mapping > Palo Alto Networks User-ID Agent Setup

I am getting error under the below path.
Device > User Identification > User Mapping > Server Monitoring. Here my first server we have manually down. but the second DC server is in still live but the status showing Kerberos error.

would it be possible to include screen shot of error you are getting? To troubleshoot it further, looking into logs would be good next step. Below KBs might help:
